Ohhh September, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I love you because (1) You involved Fiji, (2) You involved relaxation on a beach with cocktails and no responsibilities, and (3) You involved lots of beautiful vintage. Ohhh that’s a whole lot of love. As far as I’m concerned, September wins this year, hands down.
I was asked by another friend recently if I could make a list of my favorite Etsy shops. The task reminded me it was high time to tackle another of my favorite blog features, where I turn the Spotlight On my favorite vintage hot spots (and drool over their vintage wares). I have an odd obsession with food-themed clothing and accessories – fruit in particular. For whatever reason, I’m utterly charmed by a strawberry print, a cherry necklace, a fruit-appliquéd bag. Given the plethora of delectable items I’ve come across over the past few weeks, I can at least take comfort in the fact that I’m not alone in my love of consumable-inspired fashion.
