It’s that time of year again! Every year, I try to charge forth into my wardrobe and clear out things that I haven’t worn in awhile. Particularly with vintage, I always feel it’s been entrusted to me for a period of time, only to be passed on to the next woman who will be a part of her story.
Now that we are finally unpacked and settled into our lives, it’s time to be real with myself about the things that I no longer wear, in the hopes that they can find new homes in your closets. Although it’s never easy to part with things, I think it’s always cathartic to dig into the closet and purge (and let’s be real here, make room for new stuff!).
If you missed my other closet sales, you can see the few items that are still available here and here. I’m only listing newly purged items in this post, but feel free to purchase from either. To break things down, shop rules are as follows:

- All prices in USD, not including shipping, which will depend on your location. I will ship worldwide from North Carolina, but serious buyers only please! Scroll to the end of this post for shipping estimates.
- Leave comment SOLD on Instagram photo to claim and then DM me your PayPal email. Next person to comment “SOLD” will be second in line if the first sale falls through (and so forth). Backups are encouraged! I’m sorry, but I cannot offer layaway or item holds.
- Invoices will be sent each evening and payment must be received within 24 hours or item goes to the next person in line. Items will be shipped every Friday.

For each item, I offer a brief description and note any flaws. True vintage and vintage-inspired/repro is clearly marked below (but ask if unsure!) I also provide standard measurements, which were taken while the garment was lying flat and then doubled. Be sure to leave room for your personal fit and comfort. Some items may be pinned to the mannequin and any accessories (including crinoline) are for inspiration only and not included in the sale unless stated in the description.

True Vintage
Description: Adorable vintage 1950’s cotton “Miss London by London Town Mayfair” eyelet sundress. Breathtakingly beautiful, it has a boned fitted bodice with narrow shoulder straps and a full gathered skirt with built-in thin net petticoat. The bodice is cotton lined. The main fabric is a cream-colored cotton with cut-out floral designs edged with tan embroidery. Drop waisted. When I originally purchased her, she was too small for me, and the seller told me there was seam allowance to let her out. However, the internal construction is so amazing I would need to fully take her apart to do so. She’s sat in my sewing pile for years because I didn’t have the heart to do it! I hope someone here can give her a home where she can be worn and loved. $228 + shipping
Condition: Excellent – light discoloration to inner neckline and underarm/bust. To the left side of the skirt towards the bottom are some light age marks and a very tiny tear (hard to see). Small rust marks to the shoulder straps upon close inspection. All very minor but I like to mention everything. Photos available on request.

Condition: Very good vintage shape, crisp & clean. There are some scattered, faint age freckled located at the lower edge of the skirt. They do not attract attention at all with the print, the obscure location, and the volume of fabric.

Description: Darling and sophisticated vintage 1950s dress by famed label Jonathan Logan. A midnight blue polished cotton fabric with a lovely sheen, sweet Peter Pan collar, and nine (!) pearlescent buttons across chest. She has a fully gored skirt with expert princess seams and fastens up the side with a covered metal zipper. Sweet and sophisticated all at once, it would look marvelous with a pair of colorful flats or with some sky high heels and a fierce red lip. I’ve had her for years, but have not worn her. Description: Breathtaking 1950s vintage yellow and white dress. This cheery dress has a classic fit and flared silhouette. Lightweight off-white cotton with the most amazing mustard yellow trim. She has a shelf bust with a fitted waist that flares into a full skirt. There is a roundel of embroidered green flowers and rhinestones on the front of the skirt – so sweet!
