Bindaring Red Cross Clothing Sale - The Dressed Aesthetic

A few months ago I was contacted by the organizers of the Bindaring Red Cross Clothing SaleĀ to see if I wanted to be involved and help themĀ promote this wonderful event (taking place on 14th May at the Claremont Showground). If you’ve never heard of the Bindaring Clothing Sale before (I was admittedly a neophyte as well), this is a charitable event, selling new and vintage clothing and accessories, and all funds raised go to support local Red Cross services. Vintage and charity? I didn’t even hesitate.

{Winner}: For the Greater Good

Happy September, everyone! Last month, I hosted an amazing giveaway in collaboration with GreaterGoodsVintage,Ā which combinedĀ vintage AND giving something back to the greater good.Ā Owned and run by Mikala, GreaterGoodsVintage is both a vintage shop andĀ a platform to raise money and awareness for charities around the globe.Ā GreaterGoodsĀ truly lives up to it’s name –Ā 10% of every sale through herĀ Etsy shop goes to charity (always a non-religious, non-government affiliated group). Mikala also switches every few months to a different group, after ensuring theyĀ have traceable success ratings.Ā
