Life has been absolutely crazy lately. Well, crazier than normal. With all of the travel and work and life responsibilities, I’ve barely had time to eat or sleep, let alone relish in my favorite activity of prowling the web for my favorite would-be wardrobe items. With Easter nearly upon us, I can’t help but swoon over all of the pastel, floral, and frothy confections floating around the net. Guess what folks, my birthday is just around the corner! Okay, it’s really over a month away, but because my family has to contend with overseas shipping times, this is the time of year when I start to put thought into my birthday wants. I absolutely love the holiday season – it seems that everything takes on a festive glow and the twinkle lights strewn around make everything a bit more magical. I love the Christmas music playing everywhere (which I am also known to play in July if I’m having a really bad day. You just can’t be sad listening to Christmas music). I love the Christmas parties, the smell of pine needles, and the anticipation of that special someone opening that very perfect gift.
