Favorites: April Appreciation

A week of leisure means I have a chance to catch up on a lot of things that get pushed to the bottom of the pile when life gets crazy. This week I’ve been catching up on blogging, on some sewing projects for myself and for my niece (who generally always gets a mini-version of anything I make for myself. Yeah, I’ll pay for that one when she’s 16…), and enjoying a lot of great (bad) tv.

A week of leisure also means actual time to reflect, which means Bonus Blog Post! See, everyone wins. 🙂 I took a bit of time to look back on some of my favorite looks from April, waving a fond farewell to warmer weather and summer looks, and turning my attention to cozy layers and crisp autumn evenings. Many thanks for following along on my April adventures! I see good things coming up, including new features and a giveaway (stay tuned). Looking back on this past month, there was a lot of craziness, but many more good things that outweighed the stressful bits. I’m definitely starting to get excited for what May will bring.
